Cancellation Policy
Reservation process, modification and cancellation conditions: Select the time that suits you and click on the Request Reservation button. We will call you back and discuss any questions. We will send you the payment information by e-mail. A 25% deposit is required to finalize the appointment. We will send you the confirmation by e-mail. If you want to change it, let us know as soon as possible! You can cancel or modify the appointment free of charge at least 24 hours before the start of the service. We cannot refund the amount paid in advance within 24 hours.
